Mr. Pennock bought the property for $325,000 in Sep. 2002. The 3,738-square-foot house was built in 1989 at Metro West's Fairway Cove subdivision.

Pennock is a mechanical engineer in the Orlando office of X-nth, a full-service design and building consulting firm.

He attended Syracuse University
