Matthew J. Blocha and his wife, Jennifer, sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 6241 Blakeford Drive in Windermere to Peggy and Michael D. Parry for $783,000 on March 18.

The Blochas paid $1.1 million for the house in Jan. 2006. The 3,296-square-foot house was built in 1999.

Mr. Blocha serves as the chief technology officer for Southern Digital Network and is a co-founder at FDN Communications. He started his career as a systems analyst at Williams Telecommunications Group (WilTel) and served as a director of product development with both Brooks Fiber Communications, Inc. and Metro Access Networks.

He earned a B.S. in business administration major in marketing from Oklahoma State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 473 home sales in Windermere during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,000.
