The Manougians bought Unit E105 for $325,000 in May 2003. The 3,609-square-foot condo is in the development also known as the Bay Hill Apartments.

Mr. Manougian has been the CEO, and formerly the COO, of The Golf Channel since June 2006, responsible for overseeing the network's overall business initiatives. Previously, he worked for Nike Inc. as the director of golf sales and marketing and was a field marketing and sales manager for E & J Gallo Winery.

He earned his degree in Marketing and Management from Portland State University.
